Damn, Goku is a tough one with his hair, you may want to take a more simple approach to it, the detailing seems very busy and does not really fit very well.The overall shape of his hair is pretty close to what it should be but the part that is right where his head should be is really big, you may want to cut it down a little.the eyes are going to be kinda hard to do to because they are crucial to Toriyama's art style, I ran into a similar problem with mega man some years back but it can be done. but you have to choose if you want goku's casual eyes or his serious ones.for Bandeiras Hattori his bandana is looking pretty good, the only things I can say is that the cel shading could be smoother and some of the shading on his hair needs to be smoother in their cel transitions. overall, glad to see you still working on portraits, bud.
