Did you use a custom 3D Model as the base or did you use an existing one from a game and just removed the details?

Looks good even if it lacks of "weight" also, the shadding is a bit too "grey" = same color as normal but darker.--> this shadding should be more colorful and it would look better.I'm curious about your process for making such sprites...-You created or edited models (Blender?)-How you created frames of animation (software ?)-Also how you captured them in the right resolution (and keep same palette etc)Keep it up!
Thanks!! yeah its just a test pallette, later gonna add more and more colours... The 3d model its download from the web and edited with Autodesk mudbox, later the animation in Autodesk 3ds max, and the renders a mix between max and keyshot and finally are edit in Adobe Photoshop...its a long process, but the result its a close a 2d cartoon sprite...Here a similar sample of the process for a idea..... https://kofaniv.snk-corp.co.jp/english/info/15th_anniv/2d_dot/creation/index.php
