KOF legs and jacket + recolor = doesn't look good. At the very least work on the shading some.@Drex: Well, Eagle's legs don't have to cover the area his pants were pixel-by-pixel. Try looking at Joe or some other character that doesn't wear pants. His torso could also use a little bit of work too - the pecs and abs look a little malformed.

It's OBVIOUS. On both the torso and legs the light source is different, perspective is different, positioning is totally wrong.Take a pic of yourself standing like that then study it and see how you can improve the sprite.
The lightsource on the legs and torso are different, you can tell it's a frankensprite. The perspective for the legs is difference. The whole perspective for the sprite seems wrong. Have you ever seen a CvS stance sprite where the torso hides the whole left arm?The head still looks pasted on and doesn't have the same perspective as the rest of body. It looks like he is trying to look over his shoulder.The KoF sprite got the same perspective thing wrong as well. How about you fix one sprite before trying to convert it into another style?Edit: KOD beat me to it.

I'm gonna have to find a way to make the head look like it's more in-line with the rest of the body. The light source thing I can manage.Also, I never DID notice that CvS sprites didn't hide the left arm at all. Ah well, you learn something new every day.
