MUGEN: Make your own Fighter (2.5 concept)

When creating a new character:
1st- choose a common fighter archetype (Rushdown, Grappler, Zoner, Install, Puppeteer, ect..)
A generic blank-palette is selected for the archetype, detailing all possible player-states for that archetype.
(example: Nuetral, falling-air, climbing-air, stance-1, stance-2, ect..)

2nd- select any player-state and add an input onto a list of possible inputs, for that state
(inputs can be strings of up to 17 button-presses)

3rd- for the new input, select from a list of possible character-motions
(pre-determined, per player-state. A ghostly image of an opaque default mugen fighter, demonstrates the animation.)
(multiple animations for some events.. such as dashing forwards, or jumping.)

Selecting a movement animation, assigns frame-data to the input.
the frames are displayed as empty boxes, lined in a row next to the assigned input.

4th- assign frame-date, per individual frame. (from a set list)
(selecting things like, i-frame, cause push-back, or other flags will also assign a defalt GFX to that frame)

note- 2 separate modes of gameplay. Tournament and EX-Limitless.
In tournament play: A point system, setting a maximum limit to the frame-data that can be assigned per input.
In EX-Limitless: Any frame can have any amount of options attached to it.

5th- Select frames during the movement string and assign damaging-hitboxes to them (also chosen from a set list)
This hitbox assignment, overwrites the frame of the movement animation. replacing it with whatever attack animation is chosen.

6th- Upload a 3d model into a website (after confirmed not harmful) A.I. automatically rigs the model to any animations chosen.
(Alternatively, a sprite.png may be uploaded for each individual movement frame.)
Players may also upload a list of custom GFX, along side any 3d models.

Lastly, host up to 6 player-made characters per account, uploading them into the mugen server, for people to download at their leisure.
Online play (packet based asset loading).
Tournament play: for a traditional fighting game, without infinite combos.
EX-Limitless: for god-characters.

Publish under ARCSYS, and name the release date as a holiday.

know what.. Even one q-o-l update here:

You 'subscribe' to user-made submissions..

so if ever the author changes or updates a character, the server will notify you and offer to download the updated version.
