if you are gonna watch it, I would rather not spoil is both a game changer and it's very heart warming, it happens halfway thru the series and completely maeks a series of jokes they were using irrelevant. if you still wanna get spoiled:

I thought you were talking about something else, uh... that didn't seem important at all, it was just "plot" progression (As little plot as you can have in a slice of life) or maybe a small change of setting to keep things fresh, it's not even a huge plot twist, impressive nor it was something worth spoilering, it just happens.

it also joins two different sets of characters, it's ahrd on those kidn of series for somethign liek that to happen, teh closer I remember to that is the chagne of year in azumanga when they added kagura, but even then that is pretty far from what happened in nichijou. but really, I am thinking of similar events in one series of that type and teh only thing that coms to mind is change of year then adding some new characters and probably dumping the ones that change schools.

apparently the gimmick here is that the mech is real, it's not cg (vinicio del toro was nicely impressed when he got to watch odaiba's gundam).

winter season looks very small, like a nice season for catch up. It looks like i will be following more autumn shows that will continue in winter than actual winter shows.
