Characters that are a perfect fit alongside The_None's characters

It has quite saddened me to see that The_None has effectively stepped away from the Mugen community, though with this engine slowly approaching its 30th birthday, you can't exactly blame him. Regardless, this has made me wonder, what are some other characters that could fit in a roster with his particular style?

For some base examples:

Pretty much anything by 3ha
Cody & Ryo by brown
Crazy Mukuro by ahuron
Mr Shihan Ky by run
King Fancy Man by BK

Just to name a couple off the top of my head.

Pretty much everything made by Brergsart, DrKelexo, MelvanaInChains, The Magic Toaster, HelloMyNameIsAAA, SpookyKujo, etc.
