When Ono goofs around, he covers up screenshots with that toy Blanka or reenacts scenes from the Street Fighter movie. Faking his own death as a PR stunt doesn't seem like anything he would ever do.
Yeah, even a rumor that "he's dead" would be pretty damn bad if it becomes a publicity stunt. The very most he could do would be to say he's caught a strange virus, not dead, since he got out of the hospital he has problems with sunlight and garlic, and then he comes out as a vampire, that might be cool.That said, I wouldn't bet that's what's happening. If they start putting more emphasize on it, maybe, but so far they just gave a notice that says "he's at the hospital, we wish him good health" which is pretty standard.

Because it is a port of the PSX version which like other Capcom fighters ported on to it was a victim of missing sprites, worse sounds than the arcade version, and being an overall imbalanced game that did not play like the arcade version at all
it also has that odd 'original mode' where you can palette/name one of the characters, but over the years i've realized the mode is kinda silly. one, fuck coloring darkstalkers characters, and two, you only start off with one life rather than the standard two lives, and you have to level up in that mode's arcade mode several times to get two of 'em, which sorta reminds me of what i've seen of brutal paws of fury's similar character building mode, albeit on a much less severe scale
Hey take that back, my purple anakaris was OP.But yeah, my sides, they should just have released a version of collection, that way it would have all the anims done for vampire savior 2, all the chars that were just in the psx version and even all the stages from previous games.Psx version had the full cast, vampire savior in arcade didnt have pyron huitzil and donovan and vampire savior 2 had pyron huitzil and donovan but was missing talbain ,rikuo and sasquatch.
I am going to say since they are working on the new Darkstarkers/Vampire game they are somethings that this game dose not need.:1. The Gem system. 2. Crappy English VA's.3. Very limited super moves and specials.4. Very stereotypical and generic alternative costumes. 5. To become a prequel like SFIV.6. A comeback system.After Street Fighter X Tekken I feel like they are going to a useless feature like the gem system, stupid comeback mechanic or cutting the attack buttons. I want this game to be different and I don't want this game to force a feature or character to play the game.
