I don't even know who else to add, since most chars I wanted are already in. Also, I have to question the validity of adding Maxine, I'm pretty sure she was not updated like the other characters, she was just hosted in P.o.t.S.' site after people asked Borghi to do it to her as well, so she is not really "of the month", right? Regardless, my votes are:

It's a re-release, no matter if it was updated or not, so it counts in the nominations as just as updates

Gustavo is one of the reason that made me became a fan of originally made character found from the attack regulation A pack, a pity that only a maximum of four nominations, otherwise I would have nominate him  :P

Indeed, when the 20 nominees are ready, we can start straightly with the new poll. This wasn't happened since years (or decades, maybe??). As a note apart, When Borghi "retired" from MUGEN after finishing the game, the COTM wasn't created yet, so this is the first time his chars as a whole are even nominated for some COTM in all its history, so this is a "WOW" moment
