Hello again!  Back with another AI patch, this time for XPGlitz236's SMG3.
Felt like patching this since I had just patched a SMG4 and this was one of XPGlitz236's weaker characters, so I thought I could give him a little push.
SMG3 can sometimes be a hit or miss type of character; his damage is really low due to a combination of low damage numbers and a harsh damage dampener.  However, he can make up for it with his strong setplay and neutral that can allow him to overwhelm a lot of characters.  His teleport and parries also allows him to survive and even put up a fight against some of the crazier characters thanks to the defensive prowess it gives him.

Note: Realized after creating the original link that I had patched a previous version of the character (1.35) instead the current version.  It works fine as it is, but it won't apply the changes made in the most recent version and don't really intend to make it do so as it is heavily nerfed from the one I patched.
