Back in either 2007 or 2008, while I was in middle school, I came across the video that Introduced me to Mugen. (I'm surprised this is still on YouTube, tbh.):https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EReaa6nnIbEAnd the rest was history.
Wow... taking that trip down memory lane eh...I was but a teenager enthusiastic aboot fighting games, a mere few month after my parents finally caught up with the time and got us a descent internet provider I discovered rpg maker, it was cool... but i knew deep in my heart that a fighter maker of some kind existed, back than people didn't tell you to ''google it'' we ''yahooed''fighter maker was fine and all... but mugen was just casual friendly to me, plus the mugen window configuration made everything simply simple.I feel bad aboot being a leech for 15 years... I'm only smart enough to contribute financially, but i am more than willing to contribute... financially if it's the only thing I can do right now.

They should make this day festive, hehe. For a game to last so long and get better and better is very rare to see.........long live mugen
credit goes to that Softonic site in 2013 from which I downloaded a fucking mugen game without knowing what exactly it is. and for the first time, I came to know, there is something called Mugen exist.
I was looking for emulator stuff about 21 years ago and I ran into MUGEN."Twenty years is no time", like this tango says.
can't believe that mugen is 23(!) years old as of last wednesday. i've always been curious about early 2000s mugen forums and sites, do any old timers know of any old sites that others and i could read through?

Note that the link to the Mugen creators' websites were mostly offline.
wow I discovered mugen long time ago in a friends house, they were playing a fighting game that Id never seen before, where the idea to get whatever character in a roster blow my mine.
