Custom Sprite Making

So, I'm starting a project and since I don't have any experience at spritemodding, I was looking for someone to make the sprites I want... I know it's a really hard work, but if anyone is willing to help me I'd appreciate it.

I was thinking of ArcSys style sprites like BlazBlue, Guilty Gear or DBZ Extreme Butoden, I like that kind of style.
