This is Yuri from the King of Fighters 13 series. Her sprites, normals and specials are all in the KOF 13 style. But her combos, system, and AI are custom. She should be bug free. And I would say she is about 90% complete. There is AI also. But it is turned off by default. If you like AI there are instructions in the character file that show how to turn it on.
