Impressive.
The result is already very good.
It makes me curious to see how it would look on Sakura.
(please don't startover again, but I'm really willing to see a test of that method on Sakura)

i will test Sakura on this shader, btw what really took time is to create the shader, process the moves, since i'm using capcom originals, is the fast part

Good job with the update.
I appreciate how you put efforts on making good processes to make the post work easier. I mean the spriter who will tweak these sprites later will have less work to do and can go ahead faster.

The missing face will be a problem, and the hair is still clipping, but the rest of the animation looks amazing. Very close to SF3 at this point.
You can help with Ikemen GO's development by trying out the latest development build and reporting any bugs on GitHub.

The missing face will be a problem, and the hair is still clipping, but the rest of the animation looks amazing. Very close to SF3 at this point.

i'm still not on this part, but physics will become better at the end, faceis really a problem to handle in low res, but it had more details that i removed with the palete, thanks man

Great work for Laura, but when I downloaded the file, I did not see any walking forward and walking animations. I checked every folder. Are you able to post those, or update the laura link?

I know I said it in the other thread, but so awesome sprites you got, bro. Probably I'll get a good use to the Laura sprites and I loved the Angel ones but barely I can play with her to convert her in a character. Keep up the good work!!

Thanks for using Lucia's classic look. I don't like her regular costume in SFV...^^;

Also:

-Is that the definitive color ? The palette is a bit strange.

-You aim for SF3 style graphics. Any chance the graphics colors looks less 3D ?
I remember you did a bit better with Sakura.

Good luck I know it's not easy.
And it require several try to get good result rendering.

Bro, what are your tools for doing this and what is your workflow? Blender? Unreal? I've been trying to achieve similar goals using smash ultimate models but the most I can do is port them into blender and render out png scans of the model in the viewport. idk how to color separate, add shading, set the physics, etc like you are doing. Are you willing to reveal your methods? Anything you are wiling to share is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. I'm willing to help you with characters if it comes down to it.
