He is an extra character, that's why he is not in the character select screen.You can play as him choosing Raiden and before round start hold Back+HK+LK. If you make it correctly an explotion appears and Shinnok take the Raiden place.You can access him via Shang Tsung morph too. The command is (may change later) D,D,F,HKTo play against him in Arcade mode select the 2nd or 3rd tower and after defeat Shao Kahn, select the 6th treasure.Movelist:SoonVideos:Soon
