Infantry00 I'm glad your working so hard to make this wonderful character. Me being a screen Pack creator I really don't know anything about making a characters for the mugen software because this old man don't have the mind for it. I have tried and tested your character and I don't see no kind of issue my end so there not mush to make a report for it, Keep up the great work your doing Infantry00
I found something of interest about Hoshimachi Suisei.-"Psycho Hoshispin" hits even during a hard ground guard or while rolling over. In Idol Showdown, it does not hit during a hard ground guard or while rolling over.-If you make an enemy back up while holding "Selfish of a Rough Stone", the enemy will take a guard action. This will cause the enemy's AI to stay in a guarded state while "Selfish of a Rough Stone" is building up.
I found some issue for solving this problem, so I fixed a few tweaks. I tested Suisei on Stupa's Training. They can recover right out of the anti-air version of SPACE for Virtual GHOST. The cinematic still happens, but they won't receive any damage.
