Is it for nostalgic reasons?
If not, then I don't see why you should have two separate versions of the same character, one of which is outdated, on your OneDrive.

Because not everyone likes the changes you made.

Changelog would be appreciated.

For Pikachu, I gathered from a comparison that you've fixed the mid.pos, fixed the intro, reduced the startup on his light punch, reduced the blockstun on his attacks and lowered the self-damage from Self-Thunder, among others. Thunder is still pretty safe on block though.

Oh, I want a diagram. I fucking love diagrams.

Yeah, I also made a couple of Pikachu (old and new Pikachu), and this one blows both of them out of the water in terms of quality.

However, I am still keeping those two, if only for memory sake, and I still need to keep copies of all of my own characters...

Like multiple versions of the same Pikachu, or just multiple Pikachu overall?
Multiple Pikachu overall. As the creator/editor of the other two Pikachu characters, I need to keep copies on reserve.

I'll download this update as soon as possible.

Discharge gives Pikachu invincibility, but the invincibility lasts an additional 0.55 seconds after the attack ends, allowing you to activate Discharge again without ever becoming vulnerable. Might want to fix that.

A genuine oversight on my part.
I hope to correct that, and release it alongside a couple other bugfixes soon.

A couple of more issues that haven't been brought up yet;

  • Guard Cancel gives power back, despite consuming it
  • Alot of the attacks that utilize the charge mechanic seem to be overly reliant on it, and practically useless without any charge
  • For a rushdown character, Pikachu doesn't seem to have any aerial approach options, and the only one that he does have (Electroball) is counterproductive due to the recoil
  • Thunder is still ridiculously safe
  • Even with its frailty and size, his hurtbox could do with a size increase
  • Many variants of Skull Bash are unsafe even if Pikachu does manage to hit the opponent with it
  • Skull Bash's knockdowns are inconsistent; some variants are techable, some aren't

  • What about Iron Tail and Quick Attack? ...unless the update didn't include the aerial version of quick attack...
  • I should prolly fix that.
  • Hm. Should try increasing the recovery.
  • So should I try lowering the liedowntime or increase the damage?
  • I think Plasmoid already pointed that out somewhere. I swear I fixed it in a previous update but I guess not. Hopefully in the next update it won't have that problem.

I like your Pikachu. and I'm thinking then if you update the Pikachu, I want you to adjust the place of the following.

・To add a Fall.RecoverTime to all HitDef.
・To add a damage voice.
・Rise of maximum life.
・When the second and subsequent in a turn battle, and the process proceeds to the intro at the time of first appearance (There are already in your Charizard and Heracross.)
・to add a Electro drill.(The origin is forward air attack of the smash bros.)
