Rachel has red eyes and Raquel has yellow eyes they two different people but are from the same family who the oldest that is not known.
I sure hope she has a good reason for being in this game, because Naoto could be taken out with probably no consequences on the plot. As much as I do like having a lot of options to choose in a fighting game, I want them to also fit in the story of the game itself too.
