I may be wrong on this but that animation may be by Yahyanass/Hatter (he went by a bunch of names and probably doesnt go here any more) and I don't recall him ever posting it anywhere so you may want to ask him about it. I say that because I think the signature is his.

Charles, could give a advice where to start ?

I don't want to be the spoilsport here, but  even might not be the intention, this seems a bit rude, IMHO. I think the "free time" "stubborn" and else, could be avoided. Going directly to "excuse me, I've read somewhere you watched a video and thus..." it would be a far better start, imho. Dunno if you're Spanish speaker, so if that's your first language, go with it, since DGO is from South America.


Back to the topic:

awesome work, everyone. I'm not a big fan of SF4 Dictator's stance since it's very impactful in the end, not as smooth as it should.
I swear there was something cool here!!

Good that you're aware, now stop going to every thread and begging for characters to be made. If you really want to start creating chracters there are plenty of tutorials here, on youtube, on google, everywhere.
