I understand you need xmugen-linux and also a Modchip in the console. I'm not sure where to go from here. I'm not sure if I need a DVD9 burner..............can someone simplify this whole thing to me?

err... this is needed to run MUGEN on a regular Xbox.
there is no way of running mugen on 360.
