I added rough movesets for Santa Claus and Bart.

I hope this will be this Bart, than other Bart's, and Warner's cancelled normal Bart. Possibly should have used edited sprites from Warner's Bartman, with removing Bartman's mask and cape, and recolor his shirt from blue to red (or orange for show-accurate, just like The 14th Doctor's Homer Simpson's Call Bart special, the Bart tease win pose, and Devil Bart).

Reworked Numbuh 1's C.O.O.L.B.U.S. and Treehouse Defense Array supers based on the suggestion that Level 2's should be gimmicks and Level 3's should be cinematics if you're going to include both in one character.
Hopefully someday I'll be able to make the little puffball on my profile pic.

I added Numbuh 1's Command Normals and clarified some of his other moves on top of that. (Most notably Guacamole Missiles)

Replaced Jerkass Homer's Bomb super with one that is far more emblematic of Modern Simpsons while also being a throwback to Warner's Homer.
