I have to admit I'm a little disapointed by the fact you started some great original characters projects and go back to one more Kula edit.
OK, KOFXIII sprites are great, but I would like to see your original work instead ;)

Anyway, keep it up with these projects. :D

there's a good idea, but i want something more rare, to no only change the element, but change the char, like  Hwa Jaa and Joe

this is more like a training to finish my boxer girl... when i edit the kula sprites i see the way it works and is more easy to keep the style if i study all about some char, this edit is more like a way to try to learn the same or a similar style of finish kof xii sprites

Something more unique, huh..? I'm not sure if there are any sort of like.. "brawler" Kula edits out there? Like, one with more physical attacks or rekkas or something.

I don't think there's been a kula edit that uses something like poison or Acid as their element if that helps you come up with any ideas.

this is palete edited, no pixels editeds there,,, just download kula and change the colors and u will have the same result

looking good so far
and here's some idea for this intro

here she could start as  robotic skeleton and then 'grow' the skin like that one female robot from one terminator movie, and form her clothes afterwards
you'll need to sprite the robot tho...
