Change Title screen, Char select poses, add VS logo, add new option screen and removed edit chars (sorry not a big fan...)

-Fixed Sagat's color pallet

UPDATES 11-17-2017

FF chars
Ryo: new AI dont need meter to perform super life is less than 33% and unblackable, but easy uppercut
krauser: New aI defend / Attach level 105 to 100 / Super projpriority = 1 to 3
Terry Add AI and attack power 110 to 105 power giazer damage 250 increase to 300, increase hit box for some normal moves / Ai add FF counter -300 power
Andy Add AI and increase damage super / Realign sprites -2 floor
Mai super damage increase little bit / remove forward dash / remove flower bud fx for sp moves / increase some sp damage  /Realign sprites -2 floor
geese super input d,f,d,f any punch power - 1000 add nohit after time > 7,add ai Double Reppuken reduce hitbox size fix cancel other fireball when close and shoot his fireball
Bigbear:  resize & remove small portrait
Axel:  update his move command easy to perform (Player) hold B, F any punch / adjust hitspark placement / Add AI / realign sprites foot not walking on floor
Joe:  Add Ai, Lick air kick for crossup / fix fireball contact greating clone
Kim:  align sprites / increase damge for super
Tung: resize

SF chars
guile:  sonic boom projectile propriety = 1, character size = 1,1 power = 1000 / update AI block not sure its really working....?
Sagat: Fixed Pallet error / upper cut easier to perform (player) / power = 1000
Feilong:  character size to 1,1
Cammy: character size to 1,1
Deejay: character size to 1,1
Barlog (boxer) fix hit sprites / easy to perform super
Vega (claw) update sound
sagat:  Tiger fireball projpriority 3 to 1
Fielong:  attack 100 to 95 / super change power to -1000
Chun Li: Lighting kick easier to perform, remove Masa Menu
Zangief:  fix his green hand sprits
Ryu: Remove Masa menu
Dhalsim:  Remove Masa Menu
Ken:  Masa Ken was using ryu moveset??? Change to Fido Ken remove few color pallet, Update guard.sparkno, change image fx for super, adjust size, remove 2 custom super, uppercut easy to preform

System
Remove unused character file
Menu position lower a bit
No Air Guarded and Air recovery
Rescale chars
Stages adjust zoffset
SF char Portrait update
readjust select screen
Remove Unused files

Please report any error, I will try to fix it :)

Credits to all original creator char, stages, screenpack, lifebar, FF vs SF2 mugen game, SNK and Capcom!!!

Downloaded it and my 7zip listed the jubeisff as broken

The game also freezed in the character select screen here (win10)

Wow, from the screens this looks like a pretty careful build. Maybe if I find some space I could try this out.

Arrow keys won't work, stuck on the menu. Tried the other keys but still nothing.

Using Windows 10 myself if that matters.

A = down arrow

Try using it and go for options menu using start, then you can to configure keys like usual.

downloaded it and liked it except sagat has something messed up going on with his palate far beyond a poor choice in trunks color can you let me know if you fix this also i might suggest a random select icon above bison on your select screen the space seems weird to me otherwise very cool thanks for the upload
