I did try him on hard 8. He's not much of a challenge and neither is Ryu. You can make them tougher opponents if you wish.

Sagat is losing his Focus Attack and is getting a UT Reversal like Ryu.His UT will be a variation of Angry Charge from USFIV but instead of givinghim armor on Tiger Uppercut he will have armor on him so he can take aFree hit on whatever.His Tiger Upper already has invincibility SF2 style sooo yea that's the reasonfor the change.
