http://blog.us.playstation.com/2017/04/03/jak-and-daxter-ps2-classics-coming-to-ps4-later-this-year/Jak 1-3 and Jak X are getting on the PS4 port trend. Which is odd for the first three, as the PS3 already has an updated if not perfect version of those ones, why not push those ones up to PS4 like Kingdom Hearts is doing? Jak X getting any attention since PS2 days is awesome though, I loved that game. Real question though is if it'll still have Ratchet guest starring, or is that no longer an option?

Abzu is indie shit that disregards gameplay for MAH ART(Think Journey)Tales from the Borderlands is the Visual Novel by Telltale

Byakko said, April 26, 2017, 10:48:34 pmI've heard nothing but good from Abzu and I thought the Borderlands series was popular. It's the Telltale one which you could probably know what to expect just by the developer alone
Yeah, I also keep reading praises about these guys. Walking Dead, the werewolf thing, Batman, now Guardians...
That depends where the praises come from. The overall opinion from telltale fans is that they went downhill since after the first Walking Dead game (With the exception of the Borderlands one which seems to be well received overall, especially because Anthony Burch barely had any hand on it) with the whole "your choices don't actually matter" crap.Their engine is too clunky and the animations and scenes look like shit as result. It only takes the first episode of the Guardians game to see how much bad animation hurts the storytelling.
* Orochi Gill shrugsIDK, those all are too similar to me but I do like the premise behind The Wolf Among Us

I think it's just you.Yea, I kinda like my games to have actual game in it. Not games where the premise is "the experience" and once you "experienced" it and go back the first thought is "Wow, what a piece of shit this really is."
point is I'm pretty sure a lot of people will be very happy that these games are here, regardless of what you think of them. There's a lot of massively popular games that I can't stand, I'm not going to talk about a shit selection of free games if said games are in it.
Abzu was pretty shit. I'm with you on this. It learned all the wrong lessons from Journey.Tales from the Borderlands was The Best Telltale, though.
I'll second that Tales from the Borderlands was their best work yet.Not for nothing, there's wiggle room in the diversity that encompasses all video games for those designed for a single play through to appreciate the story they wanted to tell in that mixed up area between reading a novel and watching a movie with some interactions. I'd be hard pressed to say after playing Limbo I felt the need to play it again. But its enjoyability that one time and affect playing it has had a more lasting impression that re-runs through the latest Mega Man collection. And I like the Blue Bomber. Just for different reasons.Or we can just say we're all just different people with different tastes and leave it at that? I'd be interested in this Abzu game at least, and recommend Borderlands for anyone with a sense of humor and likes a little drama for those who played the main games and know the returning characters.
