It might help if you add a slowdown during the start of the animation. It makes it look as if Pyramid Head's having a hard time lifting the sword.

For weight in the sword he needs to use his whole body to spin it. Not just stand and spin straight.

A skanky cowgirl hat.

It looks as a much cleaner/stylized NGP style. I like it. (shouldn't the lower part of his head have a darker shade of grey instead of the light one you used? It makes it look too bright)
