Having the right tools, its not extremly hard to make something like this with the current sprites, but it will take very long to make the animation look good.

yeah that reminds me! Can you make every single hokuto no ken mugen character mortal kombat compatible?

I can't at the moment. I don't have other mugen chars except these ones right here.

Also, the process seems long and tedious, as every nanto char has a different fatal ko attack that produces different results: Rei's special attack should slice his enemy in 3 parts, as he cuts with both his hands the enemy from his shoulders down. Shin just stabs to death, Thouther's phoenix attack probably is the closest to Rei, as that attack also cuts in 3 and then there's Juda. We can only guess what his fatal ko will do, as we've never seen it in the manga/anime. Moving to the hokuto side Kenshiro, Raoh and Toki could use the same sprites, Kenshiro blows people up in tiny pieces, Raoh lands that one big punch that would smash to pieces his oponent and Toki's attack also makes people blow up in tiny pieces. Jagi is different, he sends people on fire, i'm assuming adding a simple palfx turning the char grey/black after the attack would be sufficient, and the easiest method by far.
But yeah, it's long, hard and needs tools and the skill to work with them.

like kfm_09 and example of mortal kombat kompatible is with scorpions spear fatality gets the half chopped off by side! Another spear fatality split in half upward, reptile's fatality gets the opponent's head taken off instead of eating the whole thing! just saying about that is all!

I present you today a brand new update. Following an idea a friend gave to me, this is a "light edition" if one can call it so.
What is new, since the last update, you ask?
Well:
We have 4 new AI's, in addition to the previous AI's. Added AI patches for Shin by konpeitou (monsun), Mamiya by Yu-Toharu (JJ), Jagi by Ts (Ts) and Toki by Ts (karuhumu).
Also, i have coded all of Juda's Nanto Yosohazan effects for all of the hokuto no ken chars, and left untouched the effect for non-hokuto universe effect that saikei coded originaly.
Also, i have added Juda's sprites for his Fatal KO cutscene with Rei, thanks to FleshDoomDBL.
While i was at it, i added Kenoh's intro missing effects.
You will notice that all the chars have now half the size they had on the previous update, that's because i removed all of the un-used sound files and all of the un-used sprites.
So, uhm, yeah, have fun with it. A new update will occour when 31kei will add his AI to JUDA_31 and THOUTHER_31.

*All the chars have been updated to withstand JUDA_31 (saikei's perfect juda)

Great News Mike, this is a big step to make the files lighter, but no losing the quality u put on it
Just one thing, is just me or ur Download link redirect to mediafire's main page???

That setting which enables human control, messes up the AI. Turning off that parentvarset is the only way to make him playable tho...When i'm not using him, i leave the parentvarset untouched (and add a null; in front of it only when i feel like playing with Toki) i suggest you do the same.

Ic, I think it would be to bothersome for some, its probably better to keep the previous toki in my opinion, which was good as well I think.

Edit: And its probably better to update the first post with the correct download links and maybe to your blog as well.

No, i have ur version, i dont want TS  ;D
Plus, for JAGI,  Y button (Strong Punch) there's no punch, but it work for special supers, etc
And small portrait for Shin, looks like palette problem

hey lord mike about that ken patch i couldn't find any part of the ken03.cns file with the word mamiya so how can i apply that patch ? also check ur last update with 4 parts cuz i think the link isn't right . Thanks also for shuu .

This is incredible!

Got a chance to play around with this, and I noticed, for me, that Jagi's "Say my Name," super (HCB, HCB + Hard Punch) freezes the opponent if you don't enter the second part of the move (QCF + Light Punch). Tested on Shin, Toki, Rei, and Ken-Oh in VS mode, so I assume it applies to all characters.

I am familiar with that...It happened right after Ts, his author, added him that AI patch. I am trying for quite some time to figure out a way to fix him, but i don't know how at the moment.
