Being that they had already talked about Cammy, Ibuki, Sakura, Fei long and Dan, I would guess that this is a poll to check out who people prefer between Hugo Dee jay and T hawk, the rest of the characters being duds to not admit that those are already in.

Arcade versions have stills and text for endings, home versions have animated bits, extra chars, extra costumes, probably extra moves.You can bet that the home version gonna have tons more stuff than the arcade, nowadays the home version is what makes more money, the arcade ends up being publicity..

If he misses/blocked he does the regular Shinryuuken, if he hits he stops at the first hit and chains into some kick hits, then finishes with a regular Shinryuuken.So no, that's not a news super - unless there's another one in the video I haven't seen.

The rest of the cast, I can't see them using different voice actors and working.
Zangief sounds alright, Guile and Ken sound alright. Ryu sounded too ...young? calm? american? I guess he needed a Japanese accent.
