Well, still not finished with Joe (lazyness), but now my target is Adon.
I'll try to add LVL 2 J.Avalanche. + there was lil rewamp of J.kick.
So, wait for update.
(And, BTW: you don't know, how to delete here transperecy color of sprites in Macromedia Flash 8? I just made such bullsh*t and this pink ruins everything! I dunno do I even need to upload it on Youtube...)
I never used Macromedia Flash 8 but if you wanna transparency in one sprite only need to check what is the last color in the sprite and this color apply in the zone that you want the transparency, I usually use photoshop or fighter factory, if you wish could you send me the sprite/s and I can apply without problem :)

Ps: Usually fighter factory and fighter factory 3, invert the order of the colors of the sprites.

Maybe. But it's even not understand PNG somewhy... But it understand BMP.
And man, Sagat, dancing Geddan, I think, looks really nice. But as I said already- one thing make it bad.

Yeah png is a format little capricious, bmp is easy to work even in paint, I applied the custom combo to Sagat now is totally Pots character (the only way that was secure, moving all sprites, anims, etc to a Pots char) soon I will share only need to add small details like win quotes, etc. And if you need help just tell me :)

About portrait... Well, there isn't much images of scarless Sagat. So, use his artwork from SF1. Or search on DeviantArt for any picture. Maybe there exists some good variant. As last variant, try to edit any another image os scared (From SCAR word).

Well, wasn't able to be in normal computer.
Sorry. No LVL2 J.Avalanche. My idea was TOO hard executable. So, update gonna be small.
-Intro VS your Sagat. The problem is "Raising arm" part because it need to CS them. But I think about little extention of it... If I will able to make it- I'll make it.
-Also I'll making a air throw.

So, just couple of ideas:

-I just notised (And if what, you can call me a Slowpoke), that Retsu's plot was Butt. So, if we WANT to continue David_Bazbar's work...And he have a couple of interesting moves...

-And I think I again have found some adventures on my ass. Because I found "Joe formula". Well, almost...

And now I even dunno what am I gonna do!

Ans no. I think Adon and Joe will not be there good. Adon is too flexible. Even slighty crooked. With Joe here is more problems- he is just the opposte (not enough flexible), need to make a closer to original stance and difference in drawing style... Os CvS, but I'm not a fan of him in CvS.

Okay, I'm using Pepe until first his fail.
Now, just because I want it, how about a discussion of ideas about specials of Retsu? Here is mine concept of him (I planed to make him before you said YOU makes him...):
-Of course Gadoken. But he must fly a full lenght. Yeah, he must be stronger, than Dan.
---About super-hadoken... There is 3 ideas:
-----Falchion's concept (3 fireballs. most unpreferable by me).
-----Usual concept (Shinkuu Gadoken. But again, not vanishing after a meter of flying.)
-----Just opened concept (Give us a work. Haoh Gadoken. Even Hadou Birst. Well, two-hand hadoken. Somewhy most preferable by me.).
-Of course ability to counter-hit. In Takuma style. But I need to watch Marco's sprites for that.
-Well, it's SOOOO attractive idea to amke him an usual AoF Karate-guy, but no... He must have something from SF. And I think about Huakki Shuu (I can to be wrong with name, but you understood...). the problem is sprites- Marco don't have an Somesault jump. So, I think we will make in slighty different. At least, Retsu, I think, mustn't to be an fast old man, as Gen, Gouken or Akuma. Let him be an HARDHITTER.
-Two of AoF, on of SF... Bad. So, how about modifiacted Tatsumaki? I've already made sprites. Will you paint him?

I wanted to make an Dan's Tatsumaki, but there is NO need knee bash.

If I remember well Retsu is a Kenpo master. You should try to check some video of kenpo user to get an idea on how he would fight

I didn't make yet Retsu for the sprites problem and effects, anyway if you wanted make Retsu you could told me, specially because you have more skills spriting than me, I choosed Retsu and Geki because you were working on Joe and Mike.
About the moveset I agree with City_Hunter some moves need to based on Kenpo
-For fireball I like with the two hands too.
-Counter is ok.
-An special move or super combo based on kenpo would be very successful.
-The Tatsumaki is a good concept, because Retsu and Gouken are good friends and Retsu perfectly can had some moves based on Anaketsu style.

I stoped Retsu because you began him. So, why do I need to work, if you are will do the same?
Well, as I understod, Retsu's Kenpo is... Well... Yeah, I need more info. As far as I know he can have a grabs like Judo (I hope I wrote it right...). So, here is concepts:
-Or a grab move. But it will be slighty hemorroical thing, even because of sprites.
-Well, I think for retsu can be also good something like Fireball redirect.
And, you know... Lets make our work like that:
-I'll edit Marco's sprites you need. Then YOU make Retsu itself. Oh, and CS... OK?
I just think these Marco sprites became a JUST PERFECT Retsu's sprites...

the upper body looks way too static. it's not moving at all and it looks like he's not breathing. look at the way CVS2 Evil Ryu breathes, that should be a good reference.

the upper body looks way too static. it's not moving at all and it looks like he's not breathing. look at the way CVS2 Evil Ryu breathes, that should be a good reference.
