Not to be Negative or anything but your clsns are way off frame its kinda difficult to hit Luffy...

Certainly one of the best Luffys I've tried, although for a lvl 1 special the gear second full gattling does way too much damage. on the move "Jet full gaturingu ", the damage caused is justified because of that you say. That is, in reality it is not a Super Move lvl 1 but lvl 2 because one run is necessary before entering the Second Gear mode.

to resize, do not think the future can be reacher the char in a different size because the sprites taken from the original games and have that size. It is true that it is small compared to KOF chars, Capcom, or GGXX ... but for other databases such as sprites "Jump To Ultimate Stars" or other Naruto games, is quite similar, which can be mixed chars quietly in a great anime mugen !
