The solution is ill just leave him sffv2 and fix the palette order so you can select them properly in the config file! I'm not risking it again just so ppl can add their own act files XD
So,because of that you can say the contributed Color Palletes are a full release exclusive.That's fine,atleast you didn't murder your hours of work you put into him,that would be bad fo all of us I can put my color palletes in him (though i must find out how you make an act file)Lastly,my timezone is one hour ahead of Balthazar's,that means it is currently 10:40 to 11:00 where he isso he is probably sleeping or trying to wake up......I don't know and i don't want to know xDand Merry Christmas to all Mugenites!!!!!!!
