@Eliott: Check the first post. I have a couple of videos as well as a mini-tutorial on how to get started. And thanks for your comments Mr. Sinistro. Much appreciated!!
Superb and stunning work, Sai now indeed if we can one day get a Thanos that is actually playable, that would be fucking sweet!!
I'm telling ya... Someone needs to make a decent one. Any takers??With my Thanos share, I'd like to challenge you guys to make some more victory portraits. Everyone has done pretty well so far on their select screen variants. Let's up the ante a little here!!
Alrighty everyone. Apologies for the double post, but here are both of Thanos' Select Screen and Victory Screen portraits for WarZoNe's formatting. My request friend gave permission to share. And here's what you get:A bitchin' Select Screen Portrait:And this recently completed Victory Screen Portrait:Enjoy!! Again, I plan on releasing at least one or two WarZoNe exclusive packs in the near future. I'd like to start working on something after Street Fighter II gets the attention it rightfully deserves. I'll keep everyone posted. Snag them here.
Hey guys I have a doozy here. Dan Habiki is the most awesome character in Street Fighter in my opinion, Even more so his evil form! But I have no computer art knowledge whatsoever besides replacing sprites in fighter factory. So I was wondering if someone here could make his portraits come to life in Warzone! Here are some source art, (best i could find on google). Thanks a lot in advance, I know the big portrait will be the hardest but I believe someone here is up to the task, I know so because of the beautiful portraits I have seen in the previous posts. Good luck and thanks again in advance! Spoiler, click to toggle visibiltyBIGWINLIFEBARSpoiler, click to toggle visibilty
Saikoro said, February 01, 2013, 04:32:22 amA bitchin' Select Screen Portrait:That looks dope...but I'm gonna have to say that you had a little loss there given that there's grey stray pixels in the top edges. It still is very awesome work Sai. Thank you.
@MaxAlpha: I missed a spot.....?? Stray pixels?? Hmmm... I believe those edges are from the filter NoZ has you apply to your art. If I'm looking at what you're mentioning, that should be it. If not, I will walk into a corner and punch myself in the face.
LMAO...you made my morning with that ridiculous comment bro. HAHAHAHAHAHABut yeah...you might be right about it being the NoZ format...I totally disregarded that.In any case my comment came out as naturally as you would comment on other works...and that is based on quality.Fact is in the end the portrait is still top of the line standard, you simply might have gained 2 or 3 colors if the corrections were needed and I'm not sure the difference would have been noticeable or more rewarding, so no worries there buddy.Keep doing what you do bro and have a great weekend.
@MaxAlpha: It's all good my friend. I sometimes become a little too overly obsessive with editing. I'd be totally surprised if I missed anything. But that's where your keen eyes come in handy. By all means, constructively criticize away!! NoZ's glow filter makes it look lossy on the edges, but that is normal as a whole. Zoomed in, it looks like colorloss.
Yup, it figures....it was just smoke in the water then.Trod on to greener pastures then bro.Listen to me speaking all pioneer-like and shit...blame it on that Jeff Bridges book I guess.

Much appreciated!!Thx for all Saikoro... for now and untill i got time i will try step by step slowly to make my own ports...if i manage to do some nice ports, as the others here... surely will post and share them here.Thx again. you're great !!!
@eliott: You're very welcome. As far as making quality work is concerned, its all a matter of practice. Everyone starts somewhere. And don't be afraid of constructive criticism either as that's how you learn.

Flawless: Nice lifebar work.you got the time, when you'll have it, it will imrove all the stuff, it's more easy to work on a good computer, yeak. For Dan, maybe i'll give a shot, but i'm busy. EDIT: Dan will not have a nice result, because the position is not really good. I'm sad, because it was amazing. :-(
@Flawless: Welcome to the Mugen community!! You'll find a lot of awesome people here who's passion for fighting games shines through excellent content. And not to mention people who admire good artwork. 12 years?? That's awesome. I look forward to seeing what you have in store for us.
@Hephaistos31: Thanks and oh damn that sucks, well instead of using the BIG portrait for the big portrait can you use the WIN portrait for it? I don't mind re using the same pics because it's extremely hard to find a good BIG portrait for Evil Dan. If you can't do it for personal reasons let me know because then I will give it a shot.@Saikoro: Thanks but do expect for me to ask a lot questions. First off how do i get rid of the white outline on my portrait in photoshop. I tried to individually erase them but when i zoom out it looks chopped up around the outline. I hope to improve and create godly Flawless work
