IMO, you should give a tutorial on how to make the lifebars compatible to deadpool, the community could help and cover more lifebars faster.
All I am doing is cropping the image> turning the   image to a layer(If neccessary)> cleaning the lifebars background with an eraser> then I index the sprite> save as pcx > I flip the canvas horizontally for the other side and double flip the text (if any) for a mirrored> save as a different pcx.

I see somebody else already whipped up the BrokenMugen bars for conversion. Cool. I'm very impressed with this idea and the screenshot shown so far! Good job, looking awesome, keep up the good work!
