It happens randomly, my Ikemen GO v0.99 stable just starts lagging (audio only) randomly

I'm using Infinite X Screenpack from Oro and Reshade filter CRT-NewPixie

Already tried disabling Reshade but it wasn't the problem, i don't know how to replicate the problem because it literally just happens randomly

Sometimes i open the game and the audio is lagging already on the intro
Sometimes i open the game and it's normal but then after a couple of seconds or minutes it starts the audio lag randomly
Sometimes the audio lag starts after 5-10 minutes and then stops after 5-10 minutes

It's driving me crazy, this problem doesn't make any sense at all! It comes and goes randomly.

Please someone give me a light!

Edit: I'm also using VSelect to add chars, the version that was updated to work with Ikemen GO
