Hey that looks really good. The shading on the main cloth is a bit weird, but then again the cloth is weird and strange, so I think it kinda fits. The rest is just impeccable.

Thanks Hero, I fixed the shading of the cloth plus the hands, so what about now?, any feedback is welcome

Very good work!! I'm impressed !
My only regret would be Necro's purple part.
This purple color "gradient" is a bit "boring". perhaps making the darker more blue-ish would fix it.

I did some fast try.

Thanks... Yes, i know what you mean, but i tried to keep away from that blue-ish contrast, 'cause, you know... it´s so fetch SFIII.

spitballing ideas and theory over on twitter with walt, and this. a method that might prove useful for XII/XIII -> CvS conversion? maybe?

10-minute test: I) original xii sprite, II) recolored, III) bilinear resize at 45%H/47%W (perhaps incorrect math?). IV) forced palette, V) maki/eagle shades slapped in. VI) very minor cleanup and color adjustment. there's potential.

photoshop is extra handy. before resizing, i made a duplicate with a transparent background and indexed it to the current palette. to lock it in for step 4, wherein i indexed the resized version and used "previous palette." cuts out a lot of guess work. there's room for refinement in there, but it involves a whole lot of tinkering i didn't want to do. just wanted to see how quickly i could get a mostly accurate, mostly complete sprite. i'm sure the usefulness will vary between characters.

then i had to revisit for a minute or two and do a sloppy edit of Best Andy, complete with "i don't feel like messing with it" belt thing

double size version resized weird, but it's no big. hopefully this will be useful?

Ralf have a much color loss in sprite and in details, the firsts models are better for me.

And about Takuma, you removed your eyebrows which is a hallmark of Takuma, the new face doesn’t look like him and it’s a little strange. The old face is better too, Takuma don't need remake in your first spritesheet work.

PS: It's only my opinion, of course.

Yeah, I was referring to color separation. In the sprite in question, I thought it was a cool way to have that Andy in his different costumes.

I saw that and it wuold be a good solution as well i was thinking about a face more similar to yamazaki or geese
So you say Another takuma/mr.karate is not necessary? I'm not quite sure about  working a new sff or  keep the old sff

The outline on her arms is too dark and uniform. They should be more broken up and overall lighter.
