Allright, tomorrow I'll start with the throws, Minute Spike and Blackout.
I'll start with the other specials as soon as I get the FXs from Froz.

I think standard, chain makes characters a bit broken. However I know ill be satisfied with whatever you decide.

Might want to consider making the afterimages more noticeable (making them appear further spaced out from one another, increasing the amount of time they remain onscreen, etc.) I also think it would look better if they were all black, like KOF.

Why is One Inch a heavy normal? In KOF, it was a light one, and most light normals became medium ones when transferred to CvS.

What will Chain Drive be like? Specifically, will he rush forward even if the sunglasses are blocked, like the older games, or will it be like perhaps overly safe XIII version and have him not do that not. Also, what will the level 2 version finish look like? A somehwhat lackluster One Inch, like older games, or will it end with a Heat Drive, as the LDM and the XIII versions do? (XIII has a One Inch right before the Heat Drive, though)

What will EX Crow Bites be like, since you will including Heaven Drive? I have a few ideas.

Will this be for 1.0 or Win?

1-Ok, I'll change it to medium.
2-Like in XIII, If the glasses are blocked he won't move. The level 1 will end with a heavy One Inch, level 2 will end with Heat Drive.
3-I haven't put much thought about the EX versions of moves if you have ideas they'd be very welcome

Well, one option would be for it to behave like a buffed HP version (one or two more hits and invincibility), have the follow-up be automatic, and then have K' do a Minute Spike after the follow-up, ala 2001.

Another would be to do it similarly to the XIII version, but with less hits and perhaps no follow-up, to differentiate it from the level one version of Heaven's Drive.

I like the first option, two more hits and automatic follow-up, but the regular secondary bites or Minute Spike?

Well, but I'm not there yet, I'm working on the moves without fire while froz finishes my request
