(But let's not forget Warusaki3 or Aiduzzi, and many others)

In fact, on the old MFG website, there was the fighter of the week, the fighter of the month, and also the fighter of the year IINM (it was Evil Ken and Evil Ryu which often won no?)

They do exist? 
Stickies yes... super stickies no.
In Mugen discussion for example, "BJ's greatest hits", "fav. screenshots", "Rules" and "You have questions, we have answers" are four stickies... and they are always on the top of the topic... that why I ddidn't really see the point in a "super sticky" which would always be at the very whole top. 
I think only mods (and Admins of course) can transform a topic into a sticky if they wish.

I don't know if it was already said, but www.mugenguild.com/forum doesn't redirect to /forumx anymore. 
More seriously, is it a great deal just having to type a "x"? ... or just write www.mugenguild.com and click on the forum link ?

You like talking about smiley but when someone is asking an usefull thing that would ask minnor efforts, the admin can't do his work ?
what are you talking about?! mail-addresses are not, and were never shown to guests, and you can choose to hide them from normal members, too. Can't think of anything I could do?

There's a little problem with the programmation of the forum.
Mods can't warn each other... but they can warn GMs and Admins.

i still didnt get an anser on my question, is the changing avatar program called my girlfriendexe or is it somthing else
As Byakko said, it's a php script.
You'll be able to find the code in the random topic in the spam board (one by Val and another one by me 
) ... search, and come back in several days, as it will be very long for you to find it.
