Although the file itself was not private, it was in a folder with other files that were private (until earlier today), my bad. I hadn't used my Mediafire account in a while and I didn't notice this, thanks for reporting it. Regarding the jump, it wasn't necessarily my work. It's just that the old Capcom sprites aren't supposed to use 1x1 scale and that's why most of the old SF's conversions for MUGEN (if not all) don't have jump since the authors didn't take that into consideration.That said, it's fixed now.
A subtle and solid bg variable. Are you considering adding other weather or times of day options? Maybe snowy, rainy, at dusk or nighttime...?
