He thinks feedback is mean. He thinks that if you give feedback you should also give him the code to fix the issues. He thinks that bad characters upset us so he made an account that made bad characters on purpose.

That seems to be the logic he ran under. Obviously we don't approve of it. But it doesn't warrant tons of insults either.
