Problems with the Char KillAll

I've have problems with the HyperNulls and SuperNulls char
I Can't use it. Everytime I Opened winMugen i can use Nulls char but cannot use SuperNulls and Hyper Nulls. When i Select it, it closed my WinMugen before the loading screen even loads. Chars like KillAll, Guayin and Others Super/HyperNulls don't even work. Can someone help me with this?

Explain in easy terms Please :>

A lot of old characters like this are using a buffer overflow exploit to do things that mugen doesn't allow you to do normally.  The exploit requires the version of Mugen and Windows to be exact.
