I want to make screen pack from pictures and vids. Please can someone tell how (in detail how to do this)

one way is to edit already made screen packs. That's how I customized the EVE screen pack for my liking.

Well in that case I need your help I need the breaker mugen screen pack to be edited. I want the words "TT Battle grounds" in stead of breaker mugen as the logo when the game comes up.
