Mugen versus portraits not appearing

I'm trying to make all of my characters versus portraits to one of their sprites, but some of them don't work, even if I add and make a whole portrait of them it won't work, unless I force it to adapt it as a image which will not make the sprite transparent and even to their right palette color, any help is deeply appreciated.
That will happen to you if you don't wear your seat belts, so make sure to wear your seat belts.

Hmm. There could be several causes but luckily its easy to fix once we know a few things:

1. What mugen version are you using?
2. Are your characters .sff files saved in 1.0 format or 1.1 format?
3. Are you portraits indexed sprites or 1.1 32bit png images?
4. Are you making portraits yourself or using existing ones?
5. Are you using fighter factory 3 or the newer studio version?
6. Can you post some screenshots of how you are adding them in fighter factory?

Solved it
