Catsuit Ivy at A6, with maxed SC stones including star and moon, the SC set, two SC option cards, and one special card
She gets over 380k CP (without even transcending the cards - the forums had someone with transcended cards and she passes 550k)
This is fucking ridiculous. Haven't bought any ruby/token pack in a while and I think I'm done with that.

It's the stones that are getting crazy too. I think between the Rugal stones and the SamSho stones, you can have two stones that give 30% crit damage. And then I don't know which it is but I think there's a recent card set that reflects physical damage, because I've been nailed by that a few times in absolute war and league by different characters and I can't find why.
And then, everyone is getting a whole bunch of element / ailment immunity at once, although I think that's a little better than Ryu and Akuma straight up reflecting starlight and burn (so Ryu shuts down BS Orochi and Akuma shuts down SS Kyo and fuck color advantage). The immunity is strong but IMO that's the good part of the power creep.

lol they didn't translate it but Ushi asks Shiki what mountain he's the son of. Because of the trope of learning magic and combat from mountain tengus. (and Shiki responds "from that hill, actually ?")
I'm annoyed that they just straight up translated cavern king like that.
Dantes has some of that Wallachia vibe, nice.

Yeah, FGO just decided to not make any pretense right from the start with the practically naked lolis and it only ever got worse. At least Ushi got her model / sprites updated and it got a little better and older.

I'd say it's not really out of character, it's just the way it's set up. "Power corrupts" was Harada's type all the way back since Tekken 1 : Kazuya is the young hero out to get revenge against his evil father, but when he wins, he turns out to be evil too. That smirk on the cliff, that was the whole deal. Jin was also already going this way as early as his T3 ending when he turns into Devil Jin. IMO it's actually T4 and 5 that misled us, gave us false hope, trying to make us think that Jin would end up a good guy who breaks the cycle and punishes evil, if at most the edgy anti-hero kind. And at the same time developing Devil Jin as a separate entity "just for gameplay purpose, guys !" (remember that bullshit lol) But then T6 just blew that up and Devil Jin was canon.
It's just not that interesting when everyone is evil and then at the very end the narration tries to tell us "actually it was good". Heihachi got a glory ending for no reason, and Jin apparently talks about saving people now even though he destroyed the world. It's like watching a weird kink hoping it's actually vanilla.
(on Jin's line, it seems to me that the Japanese line is slightly ambiguous on purpose, he might be saying "mom, I still can't save you", but I assume the translation is official and the actual cutscene will be more obvious one way or another)

I also want to like the story but I agree that Harada's hard-on for the idea that "power corrupts even the hero" went way too hard in T6. I can't see him trying to find a path to redemption for Jin. I already wasn't fond of the white-washing of Heihachi going all tyrant over the love for his dead wife that tried to murder him after figuring out if he would destroy the world or not (which just looks like being the trigger to your own self fulfilling prophecy).

I like that they finally gave Paul new hair, and I'm impressed with Law's puffed up face.

Nope, same pronunciation, different kanji.

The purification powers that Asuka displayed, I think that was retroactively tied to Jun back when she calmed Kazuya down long enough to get pregnant, yeah, and linked to the entire Kazama line from there.

Remember back when Tekken 5 was revealed, and the first teaser was a super close up of Jin showing off the sweat evaporating from his collarbone ? Man, they still stuck to a weird obsession with that level of shiny detail.

Yeah, Akuma and Ryu are above 270K and Devil Jin and green Rugal are above 330K, all around lv65 with full gear. But no one else comes close to those EX. Even from SFV to Tekken and Rugal.
I skipped the rest of Tekken and everything after beside green Rugal, I'm not sure I'll do much else.

The second I saw him (well, after the shock anyway), I knew what he was gonna say, and he said it.
I'm hoping he can put a new spin in his performance, at least a little bit, rather than be the exact same character, that would be a twist... I feel it would be kinda shitty if he was the exact same.
I found that the Master gave a much better performance, I really didn't like the crazy act from the previous seasons. Is it a difference in the writing ? Then again I don't get how that one trick he pulled is supposed to work. Since when is that a thing ?? They even made the callback to when it happened to him, but this one and that one were nothing alike, how is that supposed to be the same thing ??
I feel like 13 did well but again got a bit shafted even in her final outing. At least she did finally get a bit more of a defining trait (like back when Bad Wolf Girl said 10 was the one who regrets, 11 the one who forgets + the one who's old but doesn't want to act it), which was clearly her anguish when people end up leaving, that was pushed a bit more than the previous versions. I like when they highlights those defining traits for each version, it gives "the Doctor" a character arc, a sign of some character evolution, whenever he changes.

I know, I just hope he's not playing the exact same personality, specifically to show that it's the same Doctor who just evolves and moves on with each regeneration ; this should be a new version that just happens to have gone back to the same face, it shouldn't feel like "they are different characters, and we're bringing back this previous character".

TBH I'm not against the idea of finding ways to make the stupidest, ugly, gimmick characters of the series relevant again, and going through genderbending is an easy way to do it and give them a proper moveset, because they do have a concept that is frustratingly underused because they're stuck in all the old typecasting / tropes and they have zero evolution and "new generation" "passing the baton" with newer designs.
Loli Chang was disgusting though. They went way too hard on the "big guy becomes small, small guy becomes tall".
Just give Lady Geese an update plz ;_;

Yeah, that got me. I was really uncomfortable with the ending of the previous episode, and I really wanted Abo to be a red herring, and and and yeah basically everything she 4th wall'd off. Satisfying ending to a comedy show. I just wish they threw a line about the Shrek ass looking CGI getting cut off with a "I have no idea what you mean" but that might have been mean.
I really appreciated Pug getting physically repulsed by the incel stuff.

Oh man, now Deadpool's gonna have to top that, he's gonna be mad and pull another "he died before me"...

I don't know if Logan was or not in the same timeline as DoFP without the First Class jump, you could always imagine a Logan and a Stewart remained there after the DoFP jump and Logan (the movie) continued from that. Deadpool was already in the McAvoy timeline and his Wolverine will certainly be the same, but I imagine that Logan was meant to bookend the character regardless of the timeline. Stewart is supposed to be how McAvoy turns out, so either way, Logan can still happen at the end of the McAvoy timeline. (Deapdool is right, it's so confusing to discuss this timeline, even when you think it's clear in your head...)

Either way, both Stewart and McAvoy timelines are separate from 616 MCU, yes, whichever one Logan happens in. We'll see if Feige decides to use him to introduce the 616 MCU Wolverine with a different actor, or if they won't go that far and only have Deadpool and Logan just walk into the 616 MCU. I don't expect this movie to just say that the Fox movies were in the 616 MCU all along. Deadpool alone could have done it, but with Logan, I think those odds dropped down like a brick.

I found it hilarious that there are so many idiots on the internet who immediately started crying about continuity that they had to come back not even a day later and clarify the connection with Logan. Deadpool needs to explain it in the movie itself.

Greed Rugal is regular Rugal, he has access to the cards of regular Rugal, not Omega. This one is Omega, so that's not happening (neither is cost < 60 ever again). And they never released a bunch of supers that they showed in early trailers for a lot of characters, including regular Rugal, either.
Duo Lon is unexpected, it's about time they started this seriously.

Current phase ends with BP this year, and next phase will be very fast, ending mid '24. Phase 6 is also a year and a half.
By the way, it looks like Armor Wars was confirmed to slip in between Cap 4 and Thunderbolts, if I'm reading the Internet right. Makes it even weirder that Thunderbolt isn't getting a Hammer armor user... Between that and the Leader, there's still a chance they only revealed the characters that we already know (whose design we already know), and there will be more side characters in the team.
Then again, having the show on D+ and the movie in theater immediately after will make it harder for people to keep up with new developments, people already found it a pain to get to Strange 2 after WandaVision, so I don't know...
