I watched one of the matches with Daigo vs. Infiltration. I loved the bit in the last round when Daigo just walked up to Infiltration like he didn't give a fuck.

Now that i think about it

Infiltration could have been sandbaging, i know it sounds dumb but think about it. He just lets daigo come back on him, doesnt press anything like he wanted daigo to win. then beats him 6-0 no problem? the fuck. same goes for sfxt, but that was obvious.

The crowd went hype for Daigo, but as soon as Fil kicked his ass everyone shut down. The announcers weren't even hype anymore. Weird.

Sandbagging isn't really a douche move, it's something you do to give put your opponent into a false sense of security and forces them to make errors they wouldn't normally make. It only really works if the set is going to be long no matter what (i.e. first to 10s, facing an opponent who is in the loser's bracket of a double elimination tournament etc)
you can't mixup a blind man, and you can't out think a brick ~skisonic
Street fighting is all about analysis, prediction, and reaction. That's it.

honestly, i think infiltration is acting humble but really is bat shit crazy on the inside. You cant trust them koreans, i mean look at him and fucking laugh, they look diabolical as fuck.

to answer your other question, the tournament was over. I got bodied into 3rd place and ate my chienese food of shame

I know it isn't a douche move. It's just that the crowd was soooo hype when Daigo went in, but as soon as they saw Infiltration winning they immediately stopped. I was wondering if Infiltration might've caused some drama in the past, because their silence was pretty shocking? Guess it was as simple as their preference for Daigo.
On another note, I wonder if Fuudo really came the close to beating him or if Fil wasn't trying. Meh, whatever.
