unfortunately you are not quiet right on your theory
Most religions have it like so A--->B--->C - where C is practice that is very close to B which is idea changed through practice and A is primary idea that stands behind B and is being used mostly for defending purposes.
Author of the movie in fact mentioned A to those who practiced and often criticized based on it, proving that their practice is more based on B.
The idea of Nazism was to save german land by bringing the nation together.
The idea of communism was to create a heaven on earth where everyone is equal , works equally as hard as everyone and gets equally rewarded.
Yet there was something that made it living hell.
Fanaticism and belief that was so blind that failed to see the idea.

i remember days when rap music was something more than it is right now.
There is Rap and there is Gangsta Rap and for me there is a big difference.
Being gangster is not just a fad like people keep pretending for it to be , so yeah it does destroy society by influencing children and nothin else.
Rapers should put some soul into their music not money.

shamrock pretty much said everything that a normal person would say on this matter.
Ofcourse there were some picky responses on what he said by over-emotional people who simply shove their noses up someone's [they berelly know who's ] asses and think they can speak from someone else's point of view.
Well here is what i want to add - there is only your point of view and trying to think as someone who lives by different rules in life is retarded.
I as well find religion ridiculous but i have  a lot more reasons for that, such as - if you like your god [leader] so much why not just be like him and stfu.
None of your gods teached you things, manners, way of behaviour that you show either in real life or on internet . You all suck and you wont go to heaven just because you advertise or protect something.

They are unfortunantly a minority in  the west so they might as well deal with it.

Church itself has no such limitations. Priests have a freedom of private life.
