Two suggestions
First I feel like the Haoh Shokouken deals a little too much damage for it's level 3 attack. Half health would possibly be a little better.
Secondly the charge for the Hien Senpuu Kyaku definitely feels off. It's like I need to charge back and then input the Half Circle Forward motion. I'd probably just make it either the same command as it is in source DB + F or just make it a normal Half Circle Forward motion without the charge.

Very good karate! But kohou's damage is very low.

Btw how to split file def of Mr.Karate and Serious Mr.Karate like Warusaki did?
And yes, normal Mr.Karate's kohou damage is too low.
