Flash Drive ain't recognized by PC

I'm just a passing-by Kamen Rider, remember that.

My 30 GB flash drive can't be recognized by mah PC all of a sudden, (well actually months ago) and I am willing to do anything to make my PC recognize it again

I can't since our computer room in school is closed (ATM) and I can't go to other places since we're very busy

Not even a friend's laptop, PC, anything?

What we need to figure out here is whether it works elsewhere. If it does then you have a chance of saving your data.

If not then you've got 2 choices:

Reformat it (if it even allows such options)

or actually hire "experts" in that will recover the data for you, but for potentially a very high cost.

reformat? that'd require the computer to recognize the device.

does it make sound as usual when you plug it in? is there an led that's not on but was before, or something like that?

I'm banking on another PC picking it up but all data = missing, so in the most unlikely reformating might get it to pick up on the main PC, but that doesn't help too much to the recovery part.

If you plug it in, can you see it at all in Disk Management? (Right Click My Computer > Manage > Disk Management)

Hmmm.

When I plug it in, the screen in my phone does what it usually shows when I connect it to the PC, thing is, it won't be recognized by the PC.

Mine used to do this. It fixed itself when I plugged it into a back port instead.

Except the iPhone 32gb I cannot think of another device, at hand, of another "phone" with 30gb of memory...

I think I knew the problem why it wouldn't connect

I gots WORM.Conficker in my PC at the moment (It disabled task manager D:) and I'm trying to remove it as soon as possible...

God I'm lucky I didn't get my PC pwned
