Ya know, I just realized you don't have a JoJo Bizarre Adventure rep on The World side... Or one be the BOSS? Apologies if this has been discussed already, 42 pages is a lot to go through.

Nope, I just don't have any JoJo characters. Yes, the sprites are there, but the style clashes even more than the MVC characters and I don't even want to think about how they would translate to the CvTW-style, what with stands and all that. Sounds like a headache. Sorry.

You could try for someone earlier in the JoJo series, like Young Joseph Joestar. No stands, uses the power of the ripple instead so he fights like a regular fighting game character (if there is such a thing), and the sprites can be converted to CvS without that much of a disproportion issue as he doesn't have crazy poses like other JoJo characters.

I really just don't want to include a JoJo's character, especially one that would need sprite conversion/editing. I already have a lot of sprite work on my plate.

Not that I'm a fan of JoJo's.. But it could be something to think about in the future, as a new game for that series is being made...
BUT for now focus on your tasks! :)

Jojo has really shitty, badly shaded sprites.  That would be a pain in the ass to convert, even with a simple palette.

I wouldn't go that far. The style fit the source well and most of the animations are very nice. They just don't fit in here.

well um... JoJo is actually published by Capcom..  But forget it, he won't do it and I'm 100% Ok with it as I never liked JoJo Series...

But good luck, Hope Indy Jones is still going in!...

My favorite suggestion for a character that SHOULD be a secret bonus char for future installment is ''SeanAltly''.. I remember you doing a sprite, wich looks damn awesome! and Just think of playing as the creator himself? that be awesome lol

Well, I did just today decide to do a funny hidden sub-boss for the game. I won't tell who it is right now, but know they will have original sprites but won't take long, and should be good for a laugh AND a challenge.

Why can't it be a hidden character in a random stage probably similar to SFxT where you fight either Mega Man or Pac Man? And how about a final sudden match after defeating the last boss? :P :laugh: You know, like after defeating Seth as a last boss when you use Ryu, then you face Gouken as a last challenger (after defeating last boss). I might agree on the hidden sub-boss part. ;D
