The link LordSinestro posted works, but I'm not sure about the sprites. Some of the animations are pretty stiff. Also, I don't know much about Vile. Is that moveset accurate to his character in MMX? He has a big Hadouken for a L3 super, which is what's throwing me off. Maybe he has that in MMX, I don't know.

It is pretty accurate indeed. He didnt have a Hadoken though, im sure the creator just had fun with that.

Judas Fact #1078: Fou-Lu has been in every single Capcom vs. ______, Capcom Fighting All Stars, and general mix-and-match fighting roster .txt I have ever typed up. He needs to be in something aside from BoFIV. YES.

Yellow Devil would be cool, but I don't think he'd work as a normal character.  If you were to go the Mega Man villain route, I believe there are full spritesheets done/close to done for a bunch of Robot Masters over at IMT.  Off the top of my head there's Elec Man, Cut Man, Burst Man, Wood Man, Snake Man, Air Man, Heat Man, Metal Man, and Shadow Man.

I personally wouldn't mind seeing Q-Bee from DS.  I've always loved the animation Capcom did for her, and her move-set would make her unique.

the CFAS guys made a Shadow Man with gorgeous sprites, you could use him.

You might want to tweak his AI though...

I know him, he wouldnt mind at all someone recoding his chars.

one of the few megaman masters that doesnt have a ton of megaman moves resprited.
