Title: how to add pcx files to fighter factory?
Post by: playermode on September 29, 2007, 07:42:32 AM
how do u add pcx files to fighter factory or is there a step before that? all i really want to do is replace some sprites with new ones i made for an already-made mugen character.....also...the sprites that i want to replace will increase the animations for the character as well, so will i have to break him down and start from the ground up, or can i slide them in and save it?

it is more complex than that, but not as complex as the scenario you put in.

the pcx files have to share the same palette as the character does. after inserting them in the sff you have to modify the .air file so it uses them, then you might need to fix the move that uses that animation in case it gets broken.
