How do you Make a Character with Fighter Factory?

Can someone give me a full tutorial on how to make a Proper character (Akuma from street fighter) on Fighter Factory. I use BITMAP images and i cant get PCX images. Ive checked alot of video tutorials but many of them are not finished. Can someone please help me!!!!
Or can you give me a link to a video i can watch, which has the full tutorial a-z. I dont use PSP i use MSPaintshop aswell.

Please can someone help me, I am totally new to MUGEN. I know how to add characters to mugen and stages but i don't know how to make my own using Fighter Factory.
I need to make a basic character like in Street fighter. (Akuma if possible).

I really need someones help.

Open KFM in it and start your learning there.

Also, to get pcx images, open those .bmp's in GIMP and 'save as' them as .pcx

Wow people are not helpful on this board at all! "open KFM and start your learning there" thats like saying, "Ok class, here is a textbook, read it from chapter 1 to chapter 20 and tell me what you have learned without any help from me."

It doesnt work that way, the teacher is someone who guides you and helps you out so here I will help you out unlike the other people on this board.

1: This is not a help board
2: There are lots of ways to do things in mugen. No single way is correct
3: Game maker and mugen are 2 different things so your video isn't that helpful. What you do to an image in game maker is totally different to what you do in mugen.

We help people who are willing to try and work stuff out first. Video's are not the only resource for this game and they aren't always the best either.

Also, locking topic because this shouldn't be here anyway.
